Swim
An adults’ infinity pool over the shore
Raised above the shoreline, the adults’ infinity pool runs towards the skyline, with loungers set in the water. Children have their own pool and splash area.
Walk
Lagoons and gardens, with no cars
Waterways link every building, garden and amenity along one path to the beach. Cars stay at the edge, so the grounds belong to a long jogging track, padel and basketball courts and a mini golf corner.
Train
A fitness pavilion and an indoor lap pool
A standalone gym, yoga and Pilates studios, saunas, steam rooms and a juice bar in the Fitness Pavilion, and an indoor lap pool with tall windows onto the gardens.
Evenings
A jazz club, a cinema and a games room
Meriva Jazz Club is set around a grand piano, with a pantry, a long dining table and a library. A private cinema has recliners; the games room has PlayStations, air hockey and VR.

The Ellington Hotel stands inside the community. There is a pool bar, a juice bar, a retail terrace at Meriva Gardens and six shops and restaurants at the foot of Meriva Sunset; Dubai Islands Mall is 5 minutes away.

What sizes are the homes?
On the current list, 1-bedroom apartments are 78–85 m² (834–920 ft²), 2-bedroom apartments 119–144 m² (1,286–1,549 ft²) and 3-bedroom apartments 216–217 m² (2,324–2,341 ft²), terraces included. The 11 signature penthouses run from about 5,600 to 7,100 sq ft.
What is the payment plan?
70/30: 20% at booking; 10% 60 days after the reservation date; 5% each at 120, 180, 240 and 360 days; 5% each at 20%, 30%, 40% and 50% of construction; and 30% on completion. A booking starts with a AED 40K token.
When is the handover?
Completion is anticipated in Q2 2030.
